An Empirical Analysis of the Employment Effect of China's Service Industry

Abstract


Service industry is the main industry to attract employment. China's service sector, which accounts for GDP, is lower than the world average, and has no advantage over other developing countries. The service industry still has many problems, such as low quality and standardization, lack of international competitiveness and lack of qualified personnel. The service industry employment effect is analyzed in order to understand the employment situation of China service industry, find the problems existing in the development of service industry, give full play to the ability to absorb employment services. Finally, it analyzes the problems existing in China's service industry and its employment situation, and puts forward relevant policy recommendations.
