Research on Risk Index System Construction of Patent Operation in Universities

Abstract

Through patent operational risk related theoretical research in universities, based on business risk and management factors summed up the university under the double perspective 13 kinds of risk factors in the process of patent operation is described and the risk of symptoms. Expert scoring method is used to examine the association between different categories of risk factors, by fuzzy clustering analysis method for clustering analysis, universities patent operational risk clustering results are obtained as follows: technical risk, legal risk, management risk, cooperation factor risk and environmental factors risk in five categories namely five secondary index, based on the breakdown for 16 three-level index, and establishes an index system of colleges and universities patent operational risk. The system of patent operation risk index of universities can provide theoretical support for the risk identification and evaluation of patent operation in universities.
