Coalbed Methane Enterprise Technological Innovation Capacity Evaluation Research Based on the SVM

Abstract

The capability of technology innovation is always playing a significant role in developing and utilizing the CBM efficiently for the CBM enterprises. Based on the SVM data analysis technology, this paper establishes some evaluation indexes, structures an evaluation model of the technology innovative capability and then gives the comprehensive influential factors and the indexes’ influencing degree to the CBM enterprises, which will help the CBM enterprises to know thoroughly about their technology innovative capability, analyze the factors that affect their technology innovative capability and eventually help them to propose reasonable improving suggestions and amending actions.
