Abstract

In recent years, as China’s economic and social development has entered a period of adjustment, the overall employment situation of the society has become more and more serious. The “employment difficulties†of college graduates have become the focus of the whole society, especially the agricultural graduate groups with family financial difficulties and employment difficulties who are at a disadvantage in the competition for jobs. How to better enhance the employment competitiveness of this group, to make them fully employed is also related to the mission of the school and education, which is related to the stability of the society and the future of the country.
