Economic Growth and Industrial Structure Analysis of Shanghai Financial Center

Abstract


The difference in industrial structure is the core factor in understanding regional differences between developed and developing countries. Shanghai as a financial center, the tertiary industry leads to the industrial structure. Shanghai’s economic growth and China’s overall economic development is closely related, as the economic and financial center, Shanghai’s industrial structure is very important to the empirical analysis of the economic growth of the region. From the perspective of the overall structure, contribution rate and measurement analysis of Shanghai industry, It can be a more comprehensive demonstration of the rationalization of industrial structure in shanghai. this study shows that the tertiary represented by the financial industry has made great contributions to the economic development of Shanghai, but also lead to independence of economic is not strong and its instability.
