Filial Piety as well as Honor Teacher and Esteem Truth in Traditional Culture

Abstract

Filial piety is the traditional virtue of Chinese nation, and in all ages filial has been praised highly by people, which results in some people move towards misunderstanding, i.e., blind filial piety. Generally speaking people regard filial piety as a behavior from a son or daughter to parents, while honor teacher and esteem truth is actually another type of filial piety. However people are all busy chasing other stuff in a certain period and ignore filial piety itself. Now in the joint effort of common people, the atmosphere of honor teacher and esteem truth is hoping to reappear.
