Abstract

University secretary plays an important role in university affairs management. The career planning of university secretary will help to enhance the quality of their work. This article detailed analyzes the university secretary occupation situation, divided the university secretary’s vocational career into different stages based on the theory of project management. The purpose is to make the secretary was able to clear their characteristics and task, according to the plan of each stage career planning, control, development and extension, and make them better engage their occupation, and achieve established goals in life.
