Research on Legal Countermeasures of Ecological Management of Rural Water Pollution in Liao River Basin

Abstract

Liao River throughout much of the Liaoning province hilly-gully region of northern Liaoning province and lower Liao River plain, flows through the 14 counties (area), 68 townships (town) of four cities of central Liaoning province, such as Shenyang, Anshan, and Panjin. The geographical location of Liao River has determined that its pollution sources are mainly from rural areas, and the prevention and control of water pollution in rural areas has become the key issue of Liao River pollution control. This paper analyzes the causes and the reasons of water pollution in Liao River basin, and puts forward some countermeasures for the prevention and treatment of water pollution in Liao River basin.
