Study on the Training Mode of Foreign Language Application Ability of International Rail Transit Talents under “The Belt and Road Initiatives†Strategy

Abstract

The implementation of China's "The Belt and Road Initiatives "strategy requires a lot of international talents, who have international perspective, good foreign language application ability and proficient in rail transportation technology. The conventional foreign language teaching mode can not meet the needs of new strategy. This paper aims to explore the new training mode of improving foreign language application ability of international rail transportation talents. The new training mode will greatly enhance the quality of our talents, which will guarantee the cooperation with the countries along the “belt and road†on infrastructure interconnection.
