The Contemporary Value of the Democratic Governance of the Communist Party of China

Abstract

Democratic governance which is the inevitable requirement of strengthening the party's ruling ability construction and embodies the unity of democratic values and instrumentality, is a rational choice according to the new world conditions made by Communist Party of China. Democratic governance has the multiple characteristics of "Democracy", "People Sharing" and "Humanistic", which also requires both ruling for the people, relying on the people in power, and has a unique value in advancing the critical period of the "four comprehensives" strategic layout.
