Performance Evaluation of Different Realization Forms for Management Right under Separation of The-Three-Right

Abstract

Core of “separation of the-three-right (ownership, contract right and management right)†for farmland is to liberalize management right. Through investigation and combined with its current realization situation, realization forms for management right are divided into transfer, shareholders and sharing in this article. Three typical cases about its realization form are selected, and comparative analysis into its performance is carried out from four standards for comprehensive consideration. “Contiguous land based on peasant householdâ€, “shared agriculture†and “trusteeship of land†are effective approaches to realize management right. However, due to differences in performance produced by different forms, realization forms for management right should be selected according to circumstances in different regions. According to comparative results, principles and policy enlightenment its realization forms should follow are put forward in this article.
