International Talents Cultivating Mode of Economic Majors in Chinese Universities

Abstract

As the global flow and allocation of factors become more and more frequent, internationalization has been inevitable for Chinese higher education. While more direct connection lies between economic majors and accelerated development of globalization, international talents cultivation becomes a necessity for the development of economic majors. Therefore, this paper profoundly summarizes and analyzes the basic connotation and existing problems of international talents cultivation of economic majors in Chinese universities, as well as explores efficient methods in international talents cultivation, based on comprehensively untangling and summing up the orientation, system, mechanism and talents cultivating features of the economic majors in Chinese universities.
