Practice Research on Tailored Teaching of “Tourism Service Psychology†under the Guidance of Action-oriented Concept
Abstract
"Student centered" is the core of action-oriented teaching concept. Students in vocational collages have different learning ability and different characters. After doing survey on industry demand and doing research on the teaching objects, the course “Tourism Service Psychology†adopted action-oriented teaching method, providing differentiated tailored teaching based on different levels to help students to strengthen their consciousness of professional role and improve their EQ and AQ, and finally to help students to obtain their own abilities and improve their mental performance.
