Research on the Construction of Common Index System of Performance Evaluation of Discipline Construction in Local Colleges

Abstract

The performance evaluation of discipline construction can promote the coordinated development of disciplines in local colleges, which is of great significance to improve the discipline construction level and serve the local economic development. Based on the experience of experts and the features of local colleges, the author puts forward the common index for discipline construction performance evaluation, which can be used for different disciplines. And the weights of indicators are computed with Delphi method and AHP. This index system adds the assessment of student's satisfaction and the investment in development construction and service of teachers. The index system is universal, can provide the reference for the discipline construction in local colleges.
