Evaluation of Regional Innovation Environment Based on AHP and Entropy Method

Abstract


In order to measure the different regional innovative environment, this paper constructed the regional innovative environmental evaluation index system from the aspects of infrastructure environment, human environment and cultural environment, economic environment, financing environment and governmental environment. It used AHP and entropy method to evaluate the regional innovative environment of 30 provinces in China during 2011-2015. The results show that different provinces have huge differences in the innovative environment, and with the passage of time and economic development, regional innovative environment has different levels of promotion. This paper further analyzed the reason for the different regional innovation environment. It is found that the economic environment factors have the greatest impact on the regional innovation environment, followed by the government environment, human environment and cultural environment, financing environment, and infrastructure environment. Finally, relevant suggestions are put forward according to the results of the study.
