The Extent of Democratic Governance Participation of Rural Areas in West China Under the Perspective of Governance Effectiveness
Abstract
The administrative villages is the smallest unit in the current society and also in the social management system, the degree of democratic participation in the handling of many matters need to be improved during the process of village governance. In terms of democratic participation, many people think that the degree of democratic participation greater and more civilized, the result will be more beneficial to the people. However, in rural areas, farmers' general cultural level, identification ability, and comprehensive literacy do not match the requirements of rural governance democracy. Based on the actual situation of China 's rural areas, from the democratic election, democratic decision-making, democratic management, democratic supervision of the four angles of practical focus, positioning the villager’s democratic participation ways to achieve rural governance democratic participation reasonable limits so that democracy in rural governance play the greatest role, so as to maximize the effectiveness of governance.
