Building the Quality Management of Chinese Commercial Banks Based on Four-dimension Structure
Abstract
This article aims to overcome the shortcomings of risk management practice in commercial banks in face of financial crisis. Inspired by quality management theory applied in manufacturing and services industry, this article also uses research technics such as theoretical comparison and analysis, and integrating theory with practice. From the perspective of systems engineering management, this article intends to demonstrate a four-dimension quality management framework, the components being logic, time, knowledge and marketing. A comprehensive quality management scheme is essential to the operation of commercial bank. This article explores the feasible paths for the transformation of commercial banks, and illustrates how the implementation of the comprehensive quality management scheme may help to promote and stabilize Chinese economy.
