Research on the Development Mechanism of Young Teachers in Business College on the Basis of AACSB Accreditation
Abstract
Young teachers have their own characteristics, but new requirements towards teachers have been proposed during the development of Business College and AACSB accreditation. In order to promote the sustainable development of young teachers through the development of Business College, efforts should be made in establishing teachers’ personal development archives, initiating the “Master and Apprentice†cultivation mode based on the analysis of teaching data, as well as strengthening financial and policy support.
