Analysis on Distributary Teaching Influence on College Students Learning Initiative—Based on HUEB Sino-US Cooperative Education
Abstract
Learning initiative refers to the process that students consciously and purposefully seek resources, based on their desire for learning rather external supervision. This is directly related to the students' learning results and efficiency, especially in the University, which is relatively open to high school. However, some students have sluggishness and disgust with learning, accompanied with the unregulated lifestyle. What we should see the major causes behind this the phenomenon: students' confusion and lack of self-efficacy. The paper takes HUEB Sino-US cooperative education as an example, with the help of flipped classroom and peer theory, to explore and analyze the incentive effect of the diversion of teaching and management on students' learning initiative.
