Research on the Mode of Applied Talents Training Based on the Collaborative Education

Abstract

The docking with industry needs is the key to training applied talents. Taking the specialty of engineering of surveying and mapping in City Institute, Dalian University of Technology as an example, this paper discusses the reform measures of training applied talents, they include 3+1 training plan, double-teacher type, practical teaching reform cooperation, cooperation ideology and mechanism on the collaborative education between colleges and enterprises. Through the practice of reform, this model has proved to be a good demonstration.
