Exploration and Practice of SPOC Based Blended Teaching Model Illustrated by Management

Abstract


At present, the course about an introduction of management in applied undergraduate school is dominated by the traditional teaching mode. But this mode can not meet the urgent needs of the new management personnel in the Internet + education. The traditional teaching mode needs to realize transform including the teaching time and space, the subjective position in teaching, cooperative learning and the diversification of evaluation mechanism. The blended teaching mode based on SPOC platform provides ideas for the reform of traditional teaching mode, which can improve the students' consciousness of learning, overcomes the limitation of classroom teaching time and space, gives students independent and collaborative learning experience and improves the teaching quality.
