Rural Revitalization Strategy and Intellectual Precision Poverty Alleviation in the Wuling Mountain Area of Yichang City: Based on the Perspective of Traditional Knowledge

Abstract

Rural revitalization strategy, beautiful village construction, agricultural civilization inheritance, precise poverty alleviation and priority poverty alleviation in the destitute areas, are the several important new problems of the “three rural†work and rural poverty alleviation in the new era in China. The three counties of Yichang city, which are located one of the main battlefields of the rural poverty alleviation in China, have abundant traditional knowledge resources and ethnic minority cultural heritage. This paper introduces the traditional knowledge, genetic resources, traditional cultural expressions, characteristic villages, famous towns, famous villages, and national poverty villages, et al in the counties. Based on the perspective of traditional knowledge, the paper analyzes the countermeasures of rural revitalization strategy and intellectual precision poverty alleviation in the Wuling mountain area of Yichang city, and puts forward ten suggestions.
