Evaluation and Consideration on the Regulatory Path of Anti-Terrorism Criminal Law
Abstract
In the context of risk criminal law, China has built a relatively complete terrorist crime governance system. But the criminal legislation on anti-terrorism still reflects a certain degree of characteristics of expediency and irrationality. In order to further improve the regulatory path of anti-terrorism criminal law, it is necessary to clarify, summarize and evaluate China's anti-terrorism criminal law and relevant regulations at the present stage, adhere to the value orientation of both liberty and security, prevent overcriminalization while strict criminal law, and promote the proper construction of imputation theory system of China's anti-terrorism criminal.
