Abstract

The only standard to measure the quality of higher education is the quality of talent cultivation, and improving the quality of talent training is the eternal theme and goal of higher education. This paper analyzes the internal and external factors that influence the quality of higher education, combined with the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, and expounds the positive effect of innovation and entrepreneurship education on the degree of achievement of undergraduate teaching objectives and the contribution degree of the growth of undergraduate graduates.
