University Students' Physical Education and Employability: Models and Empirical Research

Abstract


With the increasingly serious problem of university Students' employment, it is of great significance to improve the quality of students through university education and further improve their employability. Through the literature study of physical education and employability, this paper puts forward relevant hypotheses and constructs the structure model of university Students' physical education and employability. On this basis, more than 400 questionnaires are issued to collect actual data, and the structural equation model is used to verify the model. The research shows that as a middle variable, the quality of students plays a role in the relationship between physical education and the employability of university students. Physical education in universities can improve the quality of students to improve their employability.
