On Cultivation of Engineering Teachers in Application-oriented Universities
Abstract
The significance of strengthening cultivation of engineering teachers in application-oriented universities is discussed. It is pointed out that engineering teachers in application-oriented universities mainly need to strengthen moral cultivation, professional training, teaching ability, teaching and scientific researching quality, humanistic quality, psychological quality and new media literacy, etc.
