Research on Group Enterprise Competitiveness Evaluation Model and Empirical Analysis

Abstract


According to the characteristics of group companies, this paper analyzes the connotation of group enterprises' competitiveness. And it constructs a group enterprise competitiveness evaluation index system from two aspects of external competitiveness and internal competitiveness. It contains dimensions: business performance, customer service, brand image, strategic leadership, operational management capabilities and innovation ability have. On this basis, the paper takes an empirical analysis of the competitiveness of first-class companies, using the top 20 international companies in the Fortune 500 as samples. The result shows that the enterprises with strong competitiveness generally have the characteristics of long-term establishment, strong innovation ability, excellent service quality, large market share, good brand image, high operating efficiency and high level of internationalization.
