Research on the Improvement of Teachers' Tutoring in the Practice of Home-School Cooperation
Abstract
In the Practice of Home-School Cooperation, the home's education has evolved into the second classroom of the school because of the monopoly of the school’s education right to children. The role of the parents has evolved into a teacher assistant role, and the unique value of family education has been annihilated. In particular, the problems of absenteeism, offside and incompetence in the practice of family education are not effectively solved because of the lack of teachers' tutoring. In order to improve the tutoring ability of teachers, schools need to guide teachers to understand the purpose of education in depth, clarify the duties and boundaries of school education and family education, and strive to improve the ability to communicate with parents.
