Application of Rigid-flexible Management in Digital Electronic Technology Experiment Lab

Abstract

This paper tells the specific application and actual effect of rigid-flexible management (short for the rigid management and flexible management in this paper) of experiment teaching and management in the digital electronic technology of our University, combined with rigid management and flexible management of the basic concepts and essential feature. It expounds that the rigid - flexible management is more conducive to the achievement of higher education goals and the cultivation of innovative talents. The rigid-flexible management is based on the combination of rigid management and flexible management which are human-oriented. It is necessary to put forward the rigid - flexible management in the laboratory management of colleges and universities. At the same time, it points out some problems that should be paid attention to when applying rigid-flexible management in laboratory.
