Study on the Family Production Model of "Men are Good at Leadership, Women are Good at Labor" in Tibetan Area—Take A County in Sichuan Tibetan Area as an Example

Abstract


This eassay uses stata software to conduct a quantitative analysis of the household production model of a county in Sichuan in 2017. The study finds that in the Tibetan area, there is a family production division mode in which “men are better at organizing decision-making, women are better at organizing productionâ€, and the family structure has a significant impact on family annual income. It is recommended to strengthen ideological education for men, increase training, enhance their decision-making ability; protect women's rights and enhance their production efficiency; develop regional characteristic industries, increase the influence of commodity economy, and promote the optimization and optimization of the family market structure in Tibetan areas.
