Research on the Talent Cultivation Mode of School-Enterprise Cooperation for Network Engineering Specialty

Abstract

In order to meet the requirements of talent cultivation for emerging engineering education and solve the problems existing in talents training, this paper further studies the teaching mode of school-enterprise collaborative talent cultivation based on the analysis of current talent cultivation mode, introduces enterprise courses into the curriculum system of network engineering specialty, carries on the resource construction to the courses, and gradually establishes a complete curriculum knowledge system. The implementation of school-enterprise cooperation has achieved good results, improved students' professional level and practical ability, and has a good promotion value.
