Exploration and Practice of the Cultivation Mode of “Integrated Four Dimensions†for Top Students in the Military Academy

Abstract

According to the needs of educational transformation, our university actively explored the training mode of undergraduate students and established top student classes. We put forward a talent training concept of “one center and four combinationsâ€; we innovated a cultivation mode of “integrated four dimensions†including teaching, learning, management, and support; we comprehensively implemented the inquiry-based teaching, advocated independent learning, innovate management mechanisms, and created the learning environment. These measures have important enlightenment significance for the reform and innovation of the current talent training mode adopted by colleges and universities.
