Research on the Construction of Education Trajectory and Career Planning Based on Individual Characteristics in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract


This paper mainly studies the psychological analysis of students. Students are trained according to different goals according to different personality characteristics. Students are the main body of target selection in the whole education system. With the support and attention of teachers, students plan individual education trajectory and occupation. In order to make students more adaptable to the changes of post-industrial socio-economic environment, it is necessary to make full use of flexible and diverse methods of Vocational Education in the whole training process. The results of this study can be applied to the prediction of students' professional training orientation and career prospects by educational institutions and employers.
