Research on the Monitoring and Early Warning Mechanism of Hazardous Chemicals Emergency in the Era of Big Data
Abstract
A sound monitoring and early warning system for emergencies of hazardous chemicals can effectively prevent and reduce the risk of hazardous chemicals and minimize the risks and losses. Big data technology and big data capabilities play a key role in the entire process of monitoring and early warning (MEW) of the hazardous chemicals emergency (HCE). This article starts with the big data features of HCE. Then concept of MEW of big data HCE is given. Meanwhile we distinguish the essential differences between the big data mode and the traditional early warning mode. According to the data classification and causes of HCE, we take the big data technology and ability as the starting point. After that, we analyze big data system framework of MEW of HCE, based on the thinking mode, management system, data integration, dynamic management and the whole process of techniques. Finally, we put forward the MEW mechanism for the HCE in order to improve the emergency management system of hazardous chemicals in China.
