Study on Risk Prevention and Countermeasures of Waste Incineration Project Operation and Management

Abstract

In order to further solve various risk problems in operation processes of waste incineration power generation projects in China. For example, education social publicity, government decision-making ability, technical level, etc. Ensure the smooth construction and efficient operation of the project, and make it play its due social and environmental benefits as soon as possible. On the basis of summarizing and identifying the risk factors of this kind of project, this paper puts forward the preventive and resolving measures to deal with the risk factors.
