Strategy Positioning and Path Choice in the Development of AMI
Abstract
This paper analyzes the theory of strategy and positioning, provides basic framework of strategy positioning and development path of advanced manufacturing industry (AMI). Through the theoretical analysis of strategic positioning, based on the strategic logic of becoming manufacturing power and strategic positioning of advanced manufacturing, propose a basic framework of path choice in the development of AMI. The overall strategic path of the AMI can be regarded as a synthesis between industrial strategic positions, the strategic goal and the two-way movement of the smile curve of manufacturing.
