Grid management has its necessary in the reality and technical support under the rapid development of information technology in education. To carry on grid management we should access to information in timely and accurate, deal with the problem between the principle of "priorities", establish a level of management system and the contradiction, set up director meeting system, clear job responsibilities, enhance emergency response capacity.
