A Review of Job Insecurity

Abstract

In this paper, the job insecurity of related literatures at home and abroad were summarized, the concept of job insecurity, dimension measurement, antecedent and outcome variables are summarized and organized, and concludes that national macro-policy, organization factors and individual factors will lead to employees' job insecurity, and job insecurity affects organizational performance, individual physical and mental health, and family relationships. Finally, the research direction of future job insecurity is predicted.
