The Study on the Recycling of Renewable Resources by the Society in the Circular Economy Theory

Abstract

The natural resources in China is lower than that of the world's natural resources. While the contradiction between resources, environment and economic development persists for a long time, how to improve the utilization efficiency of natural resources has always been one of the important topics we need to explore. With the development of Chinese cities, the improvement of economic level, the growth of urban population and the acceleration of urbanization, the quantity and structure of urban residents' waste resources have also changed. Since the eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the concept of "ecological civilization", the recycling of urban renewable resources based on the concept of sustainable development, circular economy and beautiful city has been paid more and more attention. However, on the premise of vigorously promoting the implementation of waste classification system in cities, the construction process of urban renewable resources recovery system is still relatively slow. Apart from the technical, personnel and financial difficulties of the urban renewable resources recycling management network itself, urban residents are not active enough in recycling renewable resources in their daily life. From the perspective of urban residents, this study conducts in-depth interviews and corresponding questionnaires, and then studies and analyses the views and suggestions of residents on urban renewable resources recycling. Finally, through the perspective of residents, it puts forward suggestions on the existing or the new network of renewable resources recycling system proposed by scholars.
