Development Strategies and Measures for the Construction of Double-qualified Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract


This paper describes the orientation of higher vocational education in the new era and the connotation of the construction of double-qualified teachers in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward some strategies for the construction of double-qualified teachers in higher vocational colleges. Finally, the paper gives the concrete measures for the construction of double teachers in higher vocational colleges.
