Abstract

According to the experimental device and principle of wedge interference, the original data are obtained by using sodium lamp as the light source and unequal precision measurement scheme. Using SPSS curve estimation function to process sample data, the scaling equation and relation curve of the system's composite quantity and long measurement were obtained, and the linear relationship between the composite quantity and long measurement was verified. The wavelength of sodium lamp was calibrated and the experimental data and results were evaluated with the uncertainty of 95% confidence rate, making the experimental results more intuitive and reasonable.
