The Impact of Professional Associations on University Students' Professional Commitment: Based on the Questionnaire Survey in Beijing
Abstract
College Students' professional commitment is the research field that has arisen in the past ten years. College students' professional commitment refers to college students' recognition of their major and willingness to show positive and diligent attitude and behavior. The level of commitment is not only related to the enthusiasm of College students, but also to their psychological status and the learning atmosphere of the school. As the carrier of students' interest-oriented participation in professional learning, the related activities and management means of professional associations are related to students' professional commitment. Therefore, selective support for professional associations will help universities not only to stabilize students' professional ownership, but also to improve students' learning enthusiasm and experience. It is one of the way to help university to expand the path of personnel training and enhance the quality of personnel training.
