Abstract

Abstract. Opening the “Southward Passage†is an important link in China's strategic deployment of “the belt and road initiative†at present, which can further improve the economic and cultural development of the cities planned by the activities. The main purpose of the construction of “Southward Passage†is to improve the efficiency of international logistics between China and neighboring countries, especially the far-reaching impact on node cities. In this paper, Chengdu, the “Southward Passage†in China, will be taken as an example to explore the influencing factors of logistics development under the policy of “Southward Passageâ€, and find measures to improve local logistics development by ISM method, which will serve as a reference for the development of logistics in other node cities.
