The Construction of Experimental Area: the Innovation Platform of Teachers' Professional Growth — Based on Teachers' Education Practice Teaching Reform in Bohai University

Abstract


"Teachers' Education Practice Teaching Reform" is the new exploration of teachers' education reform and elementary education development. It is the new approach to the specialization of teachers' education, lifelong learning and the integration. It is also a new model of teachers' education on the basis of equal cooperation of normal universities and elementary education. In combination with the practical situation of innovation of practice teaching in teachers' education, this paper tries to find that there were problems, put forward the corresponding improvement way and make the quality of the innovation platform of education teachers' professional development get further improved. We should strengthen and improve the construction of experimental area of the teachers' education innovation, and we construct the teachers' education system and the running mechanism suitable for our national conditions. Taking teachers' education innovation for the experimental area construction in Bohai University as the research object, this paper discusses existing problems and the and reasons of the policy and management mechanism, the education teaching resources, teaching staff construction, the student practical ability during the process of the teachers' education construction.
