The Study on Selection of Regression Model in the Mass Appraisal of Residential Property
Abstract
Linear regression model, double-log regression model, log-linear regression model and linear-log regression model have their own advantages and disadvantages. In practice, according to the actual situation of residential property, the differences of evaluation purpose and sampled data, we should properly select regression model in order to improve the efficiency of residential property mass appraisal
