Strategies Study to Enhance Financial Support for Agriculture in Performance Liaoning Province Based on Large Data

Abstract

The meter is described and quantitative analysis methods on Chinese financial support for agriculture on agricultural output and agricultural income performance of the empirical, analysis shows that in recent years on the performance of financial support for agricultural output and agricultural income are positive but the performance was gradually decline in its role significantly backseat. this shows the potential of our financial support for agriculture has not been fully realized in the future, it not only increases financial support for agriculture accounts for share of total fiscal expenditure but also to greatly improve the efficiency in the way financial support for agriculture use of funds, agriculture should optimize the capital structure to concentrate financial resources on doing big things to support rural development to reduce the cost of financial support for agriculture, but also focus on financial support for agriculture farmers' income distribution effects of the implementation of direct income subsidies to make direct financial support for agriculture to achieve the revenue effect.
