Research on Critical Control Points and Promotion Mechanism of Doctoral Cultivation Quality—A Practice of Management Science and Engineering in Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics

Abstract

Main factors that influence the quality of doctoral cultivation including discipline, academic atmosphere, teacher level, course learning, daily management, scientific research conditions, grant system, personal factors, quality guarantee mechanism, and so on. The study shows that admissions, degree thesis, and doctoral supervisor are the most important steps in the process of doctoral cultivation. Through the practice of Management Science and Engineering doctoral degree of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics, this study explains that how to use corresponding mechanism to improve the quality of doctoral students’ cultivation.
