On the Professional Teaching Literacy of Gymnastics Teachers
Abstract
In nearly two decades, the development of gymnastics at all levels of the school has gotten into trouble. Investigating its reason, the professional teaching literacy of gymnastics teachers is not high will be one of the main reasons. By using the method of literature, interview and logic analysis, the paper made a study on professional teaching literacy of gymnastics teachers. The results show that the gymnastics teachers’ professional teaching literacy refers to professional teaching ideas, making use of professional knowledge, professional teaching ability and professional teaching attitude of the professional level formed in the process of gymnastics teaching; the ideas determines the development direction of gymnastics talents; help-protect and multimedia teaching ability is the core element of the gymnastics teachers teaching quality; professional knowledge is a useful supplement to enhance professional teaching ability; teaching attitude is the important factor affecting gymnastics talent training literacy. The conclusion is that it is the key way to improve the teaching ability of the gymnastics teachers by improving teaching ability of the gymnastics teachers on the basis of updating teaching ideas, correcting teaching attitude and attaching importance to the study of the professional knowledge.
