Social Work Personnel Team Incentive Problem Research Based on Surveying of Chengdu

Abstract


The shortage and severe loss of social work personnel have constrained on the development of social organizations and the innovation of social management in China. Through literature reviews and field investigation to Chengdu, found that salaries, working environment, sense of value and mission, social cognition and other factors have a greater impact to attract and retain social workers. Therefore, with a view to improve the current situation of social work personnel team in China, we should adopt incentive measures to adjust the salaries, strengthen capacity-building, enhance the sense of value and mission, and promote social cognition and accept degree.
