Investigation and Analysis of the Present Situation of Rural Land Transfer—Taking Youyang Chongqing as an Example

Abstract

This paper carries on the questionnaire survey and uses descriptive statistics to analyze the present situation and the causes of rural land transfer taking Youyang, Chongqing as an example. Many problems have been found in the process of rural land transfer in Youyang, such as, the circulation of information channel not being smooth, the government support not being high, the transfer behavior not being standardized, and the farmers’ concerns about land transfer. And aiming at these problems, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions have been put forward to build the rural land circulation service platform, to innovate land circulation system, to standardize land transfer procedures, and to strengthen rural social security work and so on. These suggestions can provide reference for better carrying out the work of rural land circulation, thus to promote the healthy development of rural economy and to accelerate the process of new rural construction.
